They don't provide you any fresh towels, toiletries, toilet paper, tissues, etc.(Since they clean the room every 3 days well things can get messy. (This isn't understandable because even though they claim it's because of the virus and they want to minimize contact It can be done with the proper training and attire. (understandable due to the virus) The Ugly: They don't clean the rooms daily. The Bad: Fitness center closed (understandable to the virus but taking a notch of the ratings) Limit on the amount of people who can enter the pool. Professional while taking temperatures and enforcing social distancing. The Good: The rooms are clean, spacious, and pleasant. I want to be fair and have written my review to reflect this. We understand that the virus has impacted many aspects however the virus is used as an excuse to curtail service. We stayed here for a few days and were disappointed at the level of service.
